First post, I'm so excited. It took me forever to be ready, I knew I wanted to create a blog about this experience I'm going through, but there are too many blogs out there!
I wanted to do something special and unique...so, it took me forever. Why am I different? getting into this "project" with the man of my dreams is a process way easier when you realize there are "the others" haha, yes, girls (and maybe boys) like you that are living the same thing. So, being the researcher I am, I googled...and googled, and I found a lot, plenty of information and stories related to me. But, there were always two extremes for the rope: or the ladies were 18 years old gfs or they were whatever age but married. In reality yes we were living the same (sort of) but not really. My Marine is not at bootcamp, in fact he has been a Marine for a long time now. We are both in our 30's (early :) and had already big projects of our own before we met. We are not married or engaged, so...you see? I'm different. Anyways, my goals here: I want to share my experiences and hear from someone, you maybe? It really doesn't matter in what part of the rope you are, but you know, I will be telling my story from my part.
